Miniature Pressure Scanner makes debut at Automotive Testing Expo
The miniature scanner, which is revolutionising aerodynamic pressure scanning, will be showcased 23-25 October 2018 at the Automotive Testing Expo in Michigan.
EvoScann® P-Series is an FIA-approved, highly-miniaturised pressure scanner designed specifically to meet exacting aerodynamic testing and validation where development can be rapid and continuous.
Although P-Series is small and lightweight, it is also extremely robust and provides highly accurate scanning results in an eight-pressure channel configuration. With a CANbus output the P-Series transmits accurate, consistently reliable and fast data in engineering units, directly to your on-car central processing unit.
Fully temperature compensated up to 125°C, the P-Series has high-performance piezo-electric pressure sensors which ensure the highest accuracy and can allow measurement of a complete aero section in one compact device.
It is also ideal for the smallest of aerofoil or aerodynamic profiles with minimal external influences and no requirement for a remote converter or other expensive specialist hardware.
