Racing ahead to support Team HARE

Inspiring the next generation of engineers has never been more important to the future of Manufacturing and Industry which is why a leading UK manufacturer is working with Huddersfield University to do just that.

Evolution Measurement, manufacturer of the revolutionary EvoScann® pressure scanners, has partnered with the university’s Team HARE in the annual Formula Student programme.

Formula Student is a competition which sees university teams from all over the world compete with cars they have designed, built and tested as part of their university experience. The students gain real world experience of the engineering and commercial challenges faced and produce their own solutions, in order to compete for the winning title.

Simon Roberts, Team Principal at Team HARE said,” We are excited by the preliminary results we have seen with the EvoScann® P8. Due to its small size, we will be able to obtain results in places which would be challenging for other instruments. Hopefully, this gives us an edge over the competition for Silverstone!”
